School Psychologist

Mandy Frayer began her education career in 2002 in Las Vegas, Nev., as an elementary teacher. She earned her Master's Degree in School Counseling from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and relocated to the Kansas City area with her husband and two children in 2008. She served as the Coordinator for Montessori Programs in the Kansas City Public School District prior to joining the Park Hill School District in 2011. 
 
Before joining Park Hill South and LEAD Innovation Studio as the School Psychologist, Mandy spent two years at English Landing Elementary as the Recovery Room Interventionist and 12 years at Southeast Elementary as the School Counselor.
 
Mandy earned her Education Specialist Degree in Special Education Assessment and School Psychological Examiner Certification from Missouri State University-Springfield in 2025.
