8th grade students not currently enrolled in a Park Hill school, please download the form and send it directly to Dr. Early via email (earlyc@parkhill.k12.mo.us), or drop it off in our front office.

LEAD 9th Grade Enrollment Form - 2026-27

Enrollment forms for rising 9th grader students are now available online.  Forms will also be distributed in all Park Hill middle schools beginning January 20.  Students can return their form to their counselor starting January 30, 2026.

Please understand the following:

• Lead is not a traditional high school.  It is based on three pillars:  project-based learning, mentorship, and self-directed learning.  For more information on LEAD, please contact Dr. Early at earlyc@parkhill.k12.mo.us or 816-359-6569.
• LEAD is a one-year commitment.  Students are not allowed to transfer to their home high school mid-year.
• Selecting LEAD does not automatically guarantee admission.  Admission will be granted based on space availability.  In the event of a high number of requests for LEAD, we may have to look at a variety of factors, including the order in which enrollment forms are submitted.  We will let you know your child's status after the enrollment window closes.
