Melody Villalobos

Mrs. Villalobos

I grew up in Olathe, Kansas and went to Emporia State University for my Bachelors in Secondary Education and my Masters in Literature and K-12 Administration. I spent 18 years of my career as both an English teacher in KCK and KCMO and also as principal at Alta Vista Charter Middle School. In 2016, I was honored to take a job in the Park Hill School District and return to the classroom, so that I could work with students one on one again.  I have taught English at both Park Hill High School and LEAD Innovation Studio.

This year, I am thrilled to be splitting my time at LEAD as a 9th grade English teacher and  administrative intern.  I look forward to supporting your students as their teacher and their administrator.

I got married this past summer and love spending time with my husband Chato and my children Max, Gibson, Madeline and Vincent.  My other love is my beautiful French bulldog, Rosco!
